What I do for Schimenti I joined Schimenti to lead the Human Resources function seeking to cement Schimenti’s position as the employer of choice in the general contracting space. I’m leading the charge to optimize our talent acquisition efforts, training, and development, grow Schimenti’s world-class talent and take a “People as the Foundation” approach to support our growth strategy.Aligning internal mobility and growth opportunities with business growth is something we have honed in on as critical to my role. Another main focus has been spearheading the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) sphere by devising a comprehensive plan that underpins our future talent strategy. This entails attracting, training, and retaining top talent from all sectors and demographics to ensure the best service and results for our clients. I get my juice from seeing us become a better business as we support the growth and development of our new and existing team members.
What I do outside of Schimenti
I participate on a few boards outside of the organization including Forbes Human Resources Council, the Stamford Partnership, and Stamford Innovation Week.

Recreational Interests or Hidden Talents I’m an avid sports fan with an affinity for Boston teams. I love live music, cooking, and am an admitted animal lover, which are my stress relievers at the end of each day.
