Pamela Desmond has been promoted from Senior Manager, Talent & Acquisition to Director, Human Resources at Schimenti.

Pam joined the firm in 2020 with substantial experience in talent acquisition, training and development, and building and scaling teams. In her short tenure, Pam has shown exceptional leadership in developing people initiatives that contribute directly to the strategic growth and development of the culture at Schimenti. She has been instrumental in cultivating our exceptional team and recruiting industry leaders to further our mission of redefining the customer service standard in the construction industry to Build Different.

Pam will oversee all aspects of the firm’s Human Resources functions and support people-related initiatives in her new and expanded role. Her team will continue to be responsible for ensuring that Schimenti hires, develops, and retains top industry talent as we continue to drive our core belief that “People Are Our Foundation.”
